Thank you for shopping at Somb Studio. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Returns

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s) for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Exchanges for Incorrect Size

We understand that finding the perfect size can sometimes be challenging. If the size of your jewelry is incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. We will guide you through the process of exchanging it for the correct size, subject to stock availability. Please note that customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item for an exchange.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us at sombstudiocontact@gmail.com with your order number and details of the product you would like to return.
We will respond within 3 business days with instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back to us using a trackable shipping service. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 days for the refund to be processed and appear on your account.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately atsombstudiocontact@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will evaluate the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund.

6. Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund.
